Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 ounces coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla and beat thoroughly. Mix in flour, add coconut and mix well. Shape into walnut size balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press flat.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until light brown.
