Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento

Method

  • Blend cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter until smooth.
  • Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk and onion.
  • Separate crescent roll dough into four rectangles.
  • Press perforations to seal.
  • Spread 1/2 cup of chicken mixture onto each piece of dough.
  • Pull dough over chicken to form a roll.
  • Seal ends and edges.
  • Brush tops with reserved butter.
  • Dip rolls in bread crumbs.
