Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Method
- Blend cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter until smooth.
- Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk and onion.
- Separate crescent roll dough into four rectangles.
- Press perforations to seal.
- Spread 1/2 cup of chicken mixture onto each piece of dough.
- Pull dough over chicken to form a roll.
- Seal ends and edges.
- Brush tops with reserved butter.
- Dip rolls in bread crumbs.
