Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta, thin
- Basil, dry
- Pepper
- 1 or possibly 2 cans chick peas, rinsed
- Turkey kielbasa, cut thinly
- 3 tbsp. finely minced red onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Grated locatelli Romano cheese
Method
- Saute/fry onion in 1/4 c. oil.
- Add in basil and pepper to taste.
- Brown kielbasa.
- Brown chick peas.
- Prepare pasta.
- Serve over pasta.
- Top with grated locatelli Romano.
