Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 (18 oz.) can ready to serve vanilla pudding
- 2 medium apples, diced
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in cold water.
- Chill until partially set.
- Combine chilled gelatin and pudding in a bowl. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
- Chill until mixture mounds when spooned.
- Fold in apple, celery and nuts.
- Pour into a mold. Chill until firm, 6 hours or overnight.
