Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 (18 oz.) can ready to serve vanilla pudding
  • 2 medium apples, diced
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Method

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in cold water.
  • Chill until partially set.
  • Combine chilled gelatin and pudding in a bowl. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
  • Chill until mixture mounds when spooned.
  • Fold in apple, celery and nuts.
  • Pour into a mold. Chill until firm, 6 hours or overnight.
