Ingredients
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine cornstarch and sugar; stir in milk.
- Cook in microwave on High for 7 minutes.
- Beat half of the hot mixture into the eggs. Blend egg mixture into remaining hot mixture.
- Microwave 2 1/2 minutes or until thickened.
- Stir in butter and vanilla.
- Can use in banana or pineapple pudding recipe.
