Ingredients
- 4 to 6 cube steaks
- flour
- salt and pepper
- garlic salt
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, sliced
Method
- Place onion in bottom of a 4-quart crock-pot.
- Dredge steaks in flour.
- Layer and season as you go.
- Spread cream of mushroom soup over meat.
- Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours (high 3 to 5 hours).
