Ingredients
- 1 c. Pumpkin
- 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. milk
- medium bowl of Cool Whip
Method
- Put all ingredients except Cool Whip into bowl. Mix well. Add Cool Whip; stir. Pour into baked piecrust or graham cracker crust. Refrigerate. NO COOKING. DO NOT MIX pudding first. Pour dry mix into bowl with the other ingredients. Can top with Streusel Topping.
