Ingredients

  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 1 pint Heavy Cream
  • 2- 1/2 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Cracked Black Pepper, Or To Taste
  • 1 pound Pasta - Cooked According To Package Instructions And Drained
  • 12 ounces, weight Center Cut Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled (you Can Use A Whole Pound If You Prefer)
  • 1- 1/2 cup Frozen Peas (use As Much Or As Little As You Like!)

Method

  • In a large skillet, melt one stick of butter over medium heat.
  • Once bubbly and foaming, pour in your cream and bring this up to a simmer.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese and whisk until melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Add the garlic powder and some cracked black pepper to taste.
  • I never need to add salt to this, but you can add salt as you see fit.
  • Throw in the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, and frozen peas and stir.
  • Thats it!
  • Serve topped with more Parmesan as desired.
