Ingredients

  • 3 cups Kraft Golden Italian Dressing
  • 48 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz./120 g each)
  • 72 slices zucchini, sliced lengthwise
  • 72 slices onion slices, 1/4-inch (0.5 cm) thick King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • red or green pepper, cut into quarters
  • 48 Italian rolls, split
  • 3 cups Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise

Method

  • Grill chicken and vegetables over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through (170F) and vegetables are tender.
  • Cut vegetables into strips.
  • Toss chicken and vegetables in dressing to coat.
  • Spread cut sides of roll with Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise.
  • Top each roll with 1 chicken breast and the grilled vegetable mixture, divided equally.
