Ingredients
- 8 oz Sno White Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
Method
- Heat garlic and mushrooms in the olive oil on medium low heat.
- My mushrooms were not creating a lot of juice as they should have so I added a teaspoon of half and half.
- Add cream cheese, herbs, and salt and pepper.
- Mix until all has melted.
- Serve with the rest of your dinner immediately!
