Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 (1 lb.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- fresh parsley (optional)
- paprika
Method
- In a saucepan, combine cheese, milk, butter and onion salt. Mix until well blended.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
- Add corn; mix well.
- Cook until corn is heated.
- Garnish with parsley and paprika.
