Ingredients
- 4 large thin sliced round steaks
- mustard
- salt and pepper
- 4 dill spears
- 1 onion, chopped or sliced
- 4 slices bacon (uncooked)
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Spread mustard on each steak.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay slice of bacon on each steak, then onion and one dill spear per steak.
- Roll up tight and secure with toothpick or sewing thread. Saute in fat on all sides.
- Add water and cook until tender. Thicken juices with flour to thicken for gravy.
- Serve with "Red Cabbage and Potatoes."
