Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. ground turkey
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 medium onions, cut in thin wedges
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can fat-free beef gravy
  • 1 container plain, fat-free yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • cooked rice or noodles

Method

  • In skillet, cook ground turkey, mushrooms, onions and garlic until meat is brown and onions are tender.
  • Drain off fat.
  • In a bowl, mix gravy, yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, sage and pepper. Stir into meat mixture and heat.
  • Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 4 servings.
