- 3/4 lb. ground turkey
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 medium onions, cut in thin wedges
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can fat-free beef gravy
- 1 container plain, fat-free yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- cooked rice or noodles
Method
- In skillet, cook ground turkey, mushrooms, onions and garlic until meat is brown and onions are tender.
- Drain off fat.
- In a bowl, mix gravy, yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, sage and pepper. Stir into meat mixture and heat.
- Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 4 servings.
- Very easy and very good.
