Ingredients
- 1 tsp. low-fat butter flavor spread
- 1 graham crackers (2-1/2-inch square), crushed
- 1 tsp. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed
Method
- MELT spread.
- COMBINE graham cracker crumbs with spread and brown sugar.
- Set aside.
- PLACE blueberries in a small microwave safe bowl.
- Top with crumb mixture.
- MICROWAVE on HIGH for 30 seconds or until heated and bubbly.
- Top with COOL WHIP.
