Ingredients
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- salt, black and red pepper
- sherry to taste
Method
- Melt butter; stir in flour and add milk, salt, black and red pepper.
- When heated, add crabmeat and cream.
- Heat and mix thoroughly.
- Add chopped eggs and sherry to taste.
- Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
- Serve in cups.
