Ingredients
- 3 medium strips fatback
- corn
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. water
- salt and pepper
Method
- Fry fatback.
- Let grease cool after taking meat out.
- Pour corn in pan.
- Pour in 1/4 cup water.
- Mix flour and water together. Pour flour mix into pan.
- Cook on high until it boils.
- Heat and cook 5 minutes.
- Stir frequently.
- Salt and pepper.
