Ingredients
- 2 c. cubed chicken
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 6 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. water (for thickening)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat broth to boiling.
- Reduce heat; stir in chicken and vegetables.
- Mix flour and water to make a smooth sauce.
- Pour into meat and vegetable mixture slowly and stir constantly until thickened.
