Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. fine egg noodles
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper

Method

  • Prepare noodles as label directs.
  • Meanwhile, in 10 inch skillet over medium heat, cook grnd beef, onions and dill till meat is browned.
  • Stir in undiluted soup, lowfat sour cream, salt, pepper and 1/4 c. water; cook till heated through.
  • Serve over warm noodles.
  • Makes 4 servings.
