Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. fine egg noodles
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
Method
- Prepare noodles as label directs.
- Meanwhile, in 10 inch skillet over medium heat, cook grnd beef, onions and dill till meat is browned.
- Stir in undiluted soup, lowfat sour cream, salt, pepper and 1/4 c. water; cook till heated through.
- Serve over warm noodles.
- Makes 4 servings.
