Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • whipping cream

Method

  • Heat water to boiling.
  • Add margarine and bring to rolling boil.
  • Dump all flour at once into boiling water.
  • Lower heat and stir vigorously until ball of dough forms.
  • Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  • Continue stirring until smooth, thick batter forms.
  • Drop dough on ungreased cookie sheet by tablespoonfuls (generous).
  • Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and fill with sweetened whipping cream, whipped.
