Ingredients
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- whipping cream
Method
- Heat water to boiling.
- Add margarine and bring to rolling boil.
- Dump all flour at once into boiling water.
- Lower heat and stir vigorously until ball of dough forms.
- Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Continue stirring until smooth, thick batter forms.
- Drop dough on ungreased cookie sheet by tablespoonfuls (generous).
- Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and fill with sweetened whipping cream, whipped.
