Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. water
- 4 eggs
Method
- Bring water and butter to the boiling point.
- Sift flour and salt into liquid.
- Stir until a ball is formed which slips from the side of the pan.
- Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating vigorously after each egg is added.
