Ingredients
- 1/4 c. cooked rice
- 1 qt. boiling water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. chopped vegetables (onion, tomatoes, turnips, carrots and greens)
- 2 c. evaporated milk
Method
- Boil rice in water until almost tender.
- Add salt and vegetables. Continue boiling until vegetables are tender.
- Add milk and cook until heated.
