Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 wine glass sherry
Method
- Melt butter; stir in flour.
- Add milk, salt, black pepper and red pepper.
- Stir until well heated and thickened.
- Add crabmeat and cream.
- Heat well, then add sherry.
- Delicious!
