Ingredients
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 c. milk
- 1 c. vegetable liquid (left from cooking, or milk)
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. finely chopped broccoli, cooked
- salt, pepper and paprika
Method
- In a double boiler top over direct heat, cook onion in butter until tender.
- Stir in flour.
