Ingredients
- 4 lb. pears, peeled and cored
- 6 green sweet peppers
- 6 red sweet peppers
- 6 onions
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. allspice
Method
- Grind pears, peppers and onions in food chopper or processor. Add all the ingredients to the vinegar and sugar.
- Boil 30 minutes.
- Put in jars and seal.
