Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. cake flour
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. almond or lemon extract
Method
- Cream first 3 ingredients; add alternately.
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Do not open oven for at least 1 hour.
- Check cake after 1 hour.
- May need another 1/2 hour.
