Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 sticks butter (3/4 lb.)
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
Method
- Cream the
- cream
- cheese,
- butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add
- eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add
- vanilla
- and almond extract.
- Add flour; blend well but do
- not overbeat. Bake in a 10-inch tube pan at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
