Ingredients
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can Borden condensed milk
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker pie shell (9-inch)
Method
- Mix lemon juice with condensed milk.
- Have cream cheese at room temperature.
- Mix cheese with condensed milk to which lemon juice has been added.
- Beat with mixer until smooth.
- Add Cool Whip.
- Fold into mixture.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Blueberry or cherry pie filling can be added on top of pie.
