Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cream
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Stir quick over heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Stir and cook these ingredients slowly to a soft ball stage (238°).
- Remove the candy from the fire.
- Cool it.
- Beat it until it is creamy.
- Pour it onto an oiled platter.
- Cut into squares.
