Ingredients
- 4 cups mashed cooked squash
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 5 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cup halved, raw cranberries
- nutmeg
Method
- Stir together squash,eggs, sugar, 3 Tbsp butter, salt, pepper. Add cranberries (save some to decorate top of casserole). Pour into 6 cup greased casserole. Drizzle with remaining butter. Decorate with cranberries. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake uncovered at 400 for 30 min.
