Ingredients
- 1 lb. cranberries
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 8 oz. can pineapple and juice
- raspberry Jell-O
- 2 apples, diced
- 1/2 c. nuts
Method
- Boil cranberries, sugar and pineapple juice until cranberries pop and are tender.
- Mix Jell-O and rest of ingredients.
- Pour in Pam sprayed mold and let set.
- Invert on plate and serve.
