Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. nuts or 1 c.
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. fresh cranberries, washed
  • 2 oranges, chopped
  • 2 red apples, chopped with peeling
  • 3 or 4 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 (3 oz.) cherry jello
  • 1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Method

  • Dissolve jello and sugar in 2 cups boiling water.
  • Add softened cream cheese (use mixer to make it creamy).
  • Grind celery, apples, cranberries and oranges.
  • Mix all ingredients and add to jello.
  • You may use the pineapple syrup with the jello. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
