Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (4 servings) Jell-O vanilla pudding and pie filling (do not use instant pudding)
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 baked pie shell, cooled

Method

  • Prepare pie shell and set aside.
  • Prepare pie filling with 3 1/2 cups milk as directed on package for pie.
  • Add coconut to filling and cool for about 5 minutes, stirring twice.
  • Pour in pie shell and cover with wax paper and chill for 3 hours.
  • Spread whipped topping over pie and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
