Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (4 servings) Jell-O vanilla pudding and pie filling (do not use instant pudding)
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
- 1 baked pie shell, cooled
Method
- Prepare pie shell and set aside.
- Prepare pie filling with 3 1/2 cups milk as directed on package for pie.
- Add coconut to filling and cool for about 5 minutes, stirring twice.
- Pour in pie shell and cover with wax paper and chill for 3 hours.
- Spread whipped topping over pie and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
