Ingredients

  • 1- 3/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 cup Pistachios, Shelled And Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Hazelnuts, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

Method

  • Note that the dough requires at least 1 hour of inactive refrigeration time.
  • In a large bowl, combine oats, dried cranberries, pistachios, hazelnuts, honey and chia seeds.
  • Refrigerate about 12 hours, or until mixture is firm.
  • Using a small spoon or scoop, roll into balls.

  • If you find the mixture too dry, add a bit more honey to keep the bites sticking together.

  • The granola bites keep best in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
