Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. oats
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/3 c. lard or butter
- 1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce
Method
- Mix all except cranberry sauce; divide into parts.
- Press one part in 2-quart baking dish.
- Slice cranberry sauce fairly thin and put layer on top.
- Top with remaining mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until brown.
