Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup natural yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 100 grams chocolate
  • cocoa
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries or fresh

Method

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a cupcake mold or line with paper liners.
  • Mix the flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, baking soda, and baking powder together.
  • Add the eggs, milk or yogurt and oil.
  • Add the chopped chocolate.
  • Mix the blackberries with a little flour - so as not to color the dough to much or sink to the bottom of the muffin - and add to the batter.
  • Pour the batter into cupcake molds and bake for 20 minutes.
