Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. parsley, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pt. breakfast cream
- 1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sherry wine
- red pepper to taste
- salt
- 1 lb. crabmeat
Method
- Melt butter.
- Saute onions.
- Blend flour, cream and cheese until melted.
- Add other ingredients. Gently fold in crabmeat.
