Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, flaked
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 drops hot pepper sauce

Method

  • Place cheeses and mayonnaise in bowl.
  • Attach bowl and flat beater.
  • On speed 6, beat until blended, 1 minute.
  • Stop and scrape bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients; on speed 6, beat for 1 minute until all mixed.
  • Refrigerate until serving.
  • Serve with assorted crackers or raw vegetables.
  • Yields 3 cups.
