Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, flaked
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
Method
- Place cheeses and mayonnaise in bowl.
- Attach bowl and flat beater.
- On speed 6, beat until blended, 1 minute.
- Stop and scrape bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; on speed 6, beat for 1 minute until all mixed.
- Refrigerate until serving.
- Serve with assorted crackers or raw vegetables.
- Yields 3 cups.
