Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. crabmeat
Method
- Cook butter, flour, salt, pepper, mustard and milk
- in saucepan for 5 minutes.
- Add green pepper and crabmeat to mixture and toss.
- Pour in baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake until golden brown on top at 325°.
