Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 lb. crab meat
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- salt and pepper
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Blend cream cheese, onions, milk, horseradish, salt and pepper together, then add crab meat.
- Spoon mixture into plate or casserole.
- Toast almonds separately at 375° until light brown.
- Place almonds on top of crab meat mixture and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve on crackers or toast.
