- 1 lb. crab (fresh, frozen or canned)
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 lb. Jack cheese, cubed
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 Tbsp. chopped canned green chillies
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 c. crushed corn chips
- 4 c. water
- 2 c. white wine
- 1 sliced onion
- 1/2 sliced carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 8 sprigs parsley
- 2 tsp. dill
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 6 crushed peppercorns
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- peel of 1/2 lemon
Method
- Strain through a sieve and throw solids away.
