Method
- Russ's Salsa Recipe
- 2 medium avocadoes, diced into small pieces
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced into small pieces
- 1 large red onion, diced into small pieces
- 3/4 green pepper, diced into small pieces
- 41/2 oz. can chopped black olives
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbls. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
- 24 oz. Pace Picante (we use 1/2 medium, 1/2 hot)
- Mix well. Best if chilled overnight.
