Method

  • Russ's Salsa Recipe
  • 2 medium avocadoes, diced into small pieces
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced into small pieces
  • 1 large red onion, diced into small pieces
  • 3/4 green pepper, diced into small pieces
  • 41/2 oz. can chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbls. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 24 oz. Pace Picante (we use 1/2 medium, 1/2 hot)
  • Mix well. Best if chilled overnight.
