Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans, drained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 12 teaspoon McCormick Hot Shot Black & Red Pepper Blend
Method
- Cook bacon in 3-quart saucepan on medium-high heat until crisp.
- Drain fat.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
