Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter Or Margarine
  • 1/2 cups White Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 package (3.4 Oz. Package Or 4-serving Size) Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2-1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Quick Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1-1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 cups Toffee (SKOR) Bits

Method

  • Mix the butter, sugars and eggs until smooth in consistency. Add the dry ingredients (vanilla pudding mix, salt, flour, oats and baking soda) in a separate bowl, then add to the wet mixture. Add the chocolate chips and toffee bits last. (A glob of peanut butter is optional.)
  • Drop (or roll) on the cookie sheet. (I recommend using parchment paper, as the toffee bits tend to stick to the pan.)
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until cooked and firm on the bottom.
  • If you prefer softer cookies, throw a piece of bread into your cookie jar. You'll wake up the next day with soft, moist cookies.
