Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 2 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 c. French fried onions
Method
- In a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish, combine the first 4 ingredients and 1 cup cheese.
- Blend soup and 3/4 cup milk (or water or combo); pour over casserole.
- Bake, covered, at 400° for 15 minutes.
