Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix together first 3 ingredients and pour into baking dish (I spray with Pam).
- Pat to cover bottom of dish.
- Pour in apple pie filling.
- Spread over cake mixture.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts.
- Pour over mixture.
- Mix sour cream, 1 egg and vanilla.
- Drizzle over cake.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
