Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) box Jell-O (any flavor)
- 1 (24 oz.) container cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- approximately 1/3 to 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
Method
- Drain pineapple well. In separate bowl, combine cottage cheese and dry Jell-O. Gently fold in pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip and miniature marshmallows. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
