Ingredients
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry salad dressing (French type)
- 1 Tbsp. minced chives or green onions
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
- 1/4 c. ice water
Method
- Sieve cottage cheese.
- Add seasonings, chives and lemon juice. Whip nonfat dry milk and ice water until stiff.
- Combine with cheese mixture.
- Chill.
- Serve on salad greens or use as a dip for raw vegetables.
- Makes 2/3 cup.
