- 1 envelope plain gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, shredded
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. pickle relish
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. diced celery
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix in order given.
- Chill in loaf pan or mold.
- Garnish with pickle, peaches, grapes, cold asparagus or sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
