Ingredients
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- dash of pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced carrots, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Method
- Mix together sugar, vinegar, celery salt, salad oil, salt and pepper and heat.
- Pour hot mixture over the remaining ingredients and chill 8 hours before serving.
- Put in clear jar and keep in refrigerator.
- Will keep for a long time.
