Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs, well beaten

Method

  • In medium pan, heat butter and sugar until butter is melted. Stir in flour until blended.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in milk. Add eggs and baking powder; mix well.
  • Add corn.
  • Turn into buttered casserole; sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 350°, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
