Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Method
- In medium pan, heat butter and sugar until butter is melted. Stir in flour until blended.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in milk. Add eggs and baking powder; mix well.
- Add corn.
- Turn into buttered casserole; sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 350°, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
